physicians, teachers, business owners, career athletes, and industry professionals who are all committet  to  bettering our communities and  their health.

Plan Ahead Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization committed to providing free health screenings for Diabetes, Hypertension, and HIV. We are also committed to providing families with the knowledge they need to make more informed decisions in case of positive results, and serve as a safety net for those struggling with the effects of these diseases. 

Plan Ahead Foundation’s mission is to inform, educate and provide free health and clinical testing for Diabetes, Hypertension, and HIV throughout the inner city and underserved communities.
